Creative germination: starting from the design blueprint

The inspiration of the Blue Mouse robot comes from the image of lively and clever little mice. The R&D team hopes to create a small robot that is both smart and friendly, and use its sensitive response and cute appearance to narrow the distance between people and machines. The first step in the design stage is to turn this idea into a specific blueprint.

The design team started with the biological characteristics of mice, observing their forms, movements and expressions, hoping to give the Blue Mouse robot flexible movements and anthropomorphic interactive capabilities. In order to give it a more distinctive personality, the designer also added blue elements, which not only made it more unique visually, but also conveyed the color sense of technology and the future.

 

Life in virtuality: construction of 3D animation

After completing the preliminary appearance design, the Blue Mouse entered the 3D modeling stage. Transforming from a two-dimensional plane sketch to a three-dimensional image is a process full of detail polishing. The R&D team used professional 3D modeling software to create a detailed virtual model for the Rambo Mouse.

At this stage, the Blue Mouse seems to have gained its own "little life" in the virtual world. Through 3D animation, the team can preview its every movement and expression to ensure that its design is both beautiful and practical.

 

Mechanical design: making virtual reality

After completing the 3D animation, the Blue Mouse entered the mechanical design stage. The goal of this stage is to convert every movement of the virtual model into mechanical movement in reality. Engineers started designing from the internal structure of Rambo Mouse, studying how to place motors, gear sets and sensors in a limited space while keeping the appearance compact and beautiful.

During the mechanical design stage, the team continued to test and adjust. After countless experiments, we finally got a satisfactory solution.
